HOW TO MAKE YOUR WINDOWS 7, VISTA AND XP FASTER


With this trick you can make your WINDOWS 7, VISTA AND XP work more faster than previous state.
Note: This following tip will not work on XP Home Edition.
1.     Make sure that you are logged on as actually "Administrator". Do not log on with any otheruser accounts.
2.     Now go to Start -> Run -> type gpedit.msc (It is not available in Windows home version).
3.     Select the “Local Computer Policy” option.
4.     Expand “Computer Configuration” branch.
5.     Click on “Administrative Templates” branch.
6.     Expand the “Network” branch.
7.     Highlight the "QoS Packet Scheduler" in left window.
8.     Now in right window double click on the "Limit reservable bandwidth" option.
9.     On Setting tab Select the ENABLED option.
10. In the given space below change the "Bandwidth limit %" to 0 (ZERO).
11. Now click on Apply, and then OK.
12. Close gpedit.msc window.
Effect is immediate on some systems, some need to re-boot.

How to Increase the Internet Speed

Open Notepad and paste the below code in it -

Now save this file as speed.reg. Execute it and observe the change !
